The project site is a 0.28-acre rectangular corner parcel and is <br />situated at the northeast corner of English Street and Fifteenth Street. <br />A single-family dwelling with a detached garage currently occupies the <br />site, which is bounded by single-family homes to the north, south, east <br />and west (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The project entails the subdivision of a 136-foot by 90-foot lot into two <br />residential parcels to facilitate the construction of one new single- <br />family dwelling on Parcel 2. An existing 510 square foot storage building <br />and 150 square feet of the existing residence will be demolished in order <br />to accommodate the new property line, with a 375 square foot addition and <br />detached two-car garage to be constructed on Parcell.
