The contract will <br />include an option to extend the agreement for one additional year. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The total cost of the agreement is not to exceed $99,560 per year. <br />Funds in the amount of $50,000 are available in the Office of Safety <br />Grant-Pedestrian Safety fund (account no. 165-338-6291).
