Mayor Luxembourger also requested a report from the Police Chief on the "cruising" situation on South Main Street. Acting City Manager Swanson responded that a report would be provided to Council within the next several days. Councilmember Bricken requested that the report include deployment of personnel. At 3:27 p.m., the Council recessed to the Housing Authority and reconvened at 3:3M p.m.; the Council immediately recessed to Executive Session. At 4:33 p.m., the Council reconvened with all members present, and i~nediately recessed to dinner at Kono Hawaii, 226 South Harbor Boulevard. No action was taken out of Executive Session.
