W. Luxembourger. Councilmembers <br />present were John Acosta, Daniel E. Griset, P. Lee Johnson, Patricia A. <br />McGuigan, Dan Young and Mayor Luxembourger. Also present were Interim <br />City Manager Rex Swanson, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the <br />Council Janice C. Guy. PUBLIC HEARING - APPRDVAL OF ISSUANCE OF BOhDS BY THE IDA - <br /> FAIRVIEW INVESTORS LTD. PROJECT (2700-2722 $. FAIRVIEW) . <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding approval of issuance of <br />bonds by the Industrial Development Authority for Fairview Investors <br />Ltd. Project (2700-2722 S. Fairview). <br /> <br />The staff report and reconm~ndations for both hearings (Items 1 and <br />2) were given by the Economic Development Program Manager. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written conmunications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers.
