Interim Deputy City Manager Ream reviewed the proposed procedure for <br />selection of professional consultants and answered questions from Council <br />regarding the procedure. <br /> <br />By unanimous informal consent, Council requested that the procedure be <br />reviewed again by professional groups such as A.I.A., American Society <br />of Civil Engineers, etc., before Council takes final action. <br /> <br />By unanimous informal consent, Council requested that a summary review be <br />provided to Council and a formal request for adoption of the procedure <br />then set for Council action.
