REALTY <br />CORPORATION, APPLICANT <br /> <br />;') ~/7 <br />!>!tit4-{) fA e_____ <br />CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />D As Recommended <br />D As Amended <br />D Ordinance on 151 Reading <br />D Ordinance on 2nd Reading <br />D Implementing Resolution <br />D Set Public Hearing For <br /> <br />CONTINUED TO <br /> <br />FILE NUMBER <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2005- <br />01 (County Tract Map No. 16738) as conditioned. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />On April 25, 2005, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 2005-01 (County Tract Map No. 16738) as <br />conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to allow office condominiums and to <br />subdivide property within the Brookhollow Office Park in the Specific <br />Development No. 8 (SD-8) zoning district at 1516, 1518, 1520, 1522, 1526 <br />and 1528 East Warner Avenue. The Planning Commission amended proj ect <br />conditions to allow a maximum of 42 for sale condominium units with a <br />minimum unit size of 1,200 square feet. A condition was also added <br />requiring that all for sale condominium units be under the control of one <br />condominium association. The Planning Commission recommended conditions <br />of approval are outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A) . <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />~~7M. <br /> <br />St~~G.
