Realty Corporation, Dave Ball <br /> <br />Project Location I Address: 1516, 1518,1520,1522,1526 and 1528 East Wamer Avenue. <br /> <br />Project Title I Description: The proposed project involves a tentative tract map for <br />condominium purposes that would also allow the <br />subdivision of three parcels of land into six smaller parcels <br />and three common area lots. <br /> <br />And does hereby find: <br /> <br />That although the proposed project could have a significant effect on the <br />environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case because the project <br />involves the subdivision of land only with no new buildings or square footage <br />proposed. The project will comply with all applicable City codes and standards as <br />well as the State Subdivision Map Act.
