Substantially degrade the existing visual character or <br />quality of the site and it's surrounding? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana has an adopted Urban Design Element <br />that establishes policies, programs and design elements to <br />enhance the aesthetic environment of the City. Development <br />projects proposed in the City are reviewed for consistency <br />with the Urban Design Element to measure aesthetic impacts <br />to the environment. The design elements that are relevant <br />to the project site includes; Districts and Paths. <br /> <br />Districts <br /> <br />According to the City's Urban Design Element, the project <br />site is located within the Sandpointe Design District. The <br />Urban Design Element establishes goals and policies to help <br />guide the design of development projects proposed within a <br />Design District. Specifically, land uses proposed within a <br />Design District should exhibit high quality design and <br />should incorporate design elements that are proportional <br />and aesthetically related to the District setting. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />31A~34 <br />
