For a project located within an airport land use plan <br />or where such a plan has not been adopted, within two <br />miles where a public airport or public use airport, <br />would the project result in a safety hazard for people <br />residing or working in the project area? <br /> <br />Potentially Significant Unless Mitigation Incorporated <br /> <br />According to the Orange County Airport Environs Land Use <br />Plan, the project site is not located within an accident <br />potential zone, or clear zone. The project site is included <br />within the FAA Notification Area and would require <br />coordination with the John Wayne Airport Land Use <br />Commission. However, given the single story height of the <br />proposed project, the proposed project would not pose an <br />obstruction to air navigation and would not pose a hazard <br />to people working in or residing in within the project <br />area. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance building permits, the project <br />applicant shall coordinate with the John Wayne Airport Land <br />Use Commission. <br /> <br />VIII.
