<br />AA No. 2005-01, CUP Nos. 05-10 through 13 & 15, <br />DA No. 05-02, TTM Nos. 05-02 through 04, <br />EIR No. 04-02, and VA Nos. 05-05, 07, 10 & 12 <br />June 20, 2005 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />After considering the various applications and project impacts, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the project subject to <br />several changes. These changes, which are identified below as either <br />additions or modifications, include the addition of new conditions and <br />the modification to existing conditions. The changes include: <br /> <br />Additions <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Added a Planning Division condition to all <br />permits to prohibit construction workers <br />adjacent neighborhoods; <br /> <br />five <br />from <br /> <br />conditional <br />parking in <br /> <br />use <br />the <br /> <br />2. Added a Planning Division condition to all five conditional use <br />permits to require the submittal and approval of a waste management <br />plan for the project; <br /> <br />3. Added a Planning Division condition to Conditional Use Permit Nos. <br />2005-10, 2005-11 and 2005-15 (Lake Towers, Cinema site and Integral <br />project) to require directional signage within the adjacent parking <br />structure to direct patrons to additional parking spaces; <br /> <br />4. Added a Planning Division condition to Conditional Use Permit Nos. <br />2005-12 and 2005-13 (retail and restaurant) to require the <br />submittal of a floor plan to the Planning Manager for review and <br />approval to ensure visibility into the retail and restaurant spaces <br />is not obstructed; and, <br /> <br />5. Added a Planning Division condition to Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2005-15 (Integral project) to require the submittal of a pedestrian <br />paseo plan to the Planning Manager for review and approval. The <br />plan will include details of and enhancements to the hardscape and <br />landscape within the paseo area. <br /> <br />Modifications <br /> <br />6. Amended the Planning Division condition of all five conditional use <br />permits to prohibit pile driving prior to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday; <br /> <br />7. Amended the Planning Division conditions of all five conditional use <br /> <br />permits to require the <br />exterior) be maintained <br />installed; and, <br /> <br />project <br />in the <br /> <br />amenities (both <br />same condition <br /> <br />interior and <br />as originally <br /> <br />75B-4 <br />
