<br />RESOLUTION 2005-052 <br />REVENUE FY 05-06 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENTIMISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES <br />SECTION X PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />5911 APPEALS Each 940.50 <br /> The fee for an appeal ofa ruling of the Building Official to <br /> the Planning Commission (SAMC Section 806.254) shall be <br /> payable at the time of filing of the appeal. <br />591t RELOCATION INSPECTIONS <br /> The fee for an inspection on a building or structure, as <br /> required for its proposed relocation. <br /> Main building or structure Each 337.50 <br /> Accessory structure Each 67.50 <br /> Inspection for structures located outside oflhe City Per Mile 0.67 <br /> Traveltime Per Hour 67.50 <br />5401 APPLICATION PROCESSING AND <br /> PLAN CHECKING FEES <br /> An application processing fee and plan checking fee shall be <br /> paid to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans <br /> for checking, Such fee shall be equal to 65% of the building <br /> permit fee as set forth in this resolution. For all buildings, <br /> such fee shall also include a surcharge for state mandated <br /> energy conservation enforcement equal to $22.00 for each <br /> 1,000 square feet of building area, or fraction thereof, up to <br /> 4,000 square feet, and $11 ,00 for each additional 1,000 <br /> square feet or fraction thereof. For any plan submitted which <br /> is subject to the disabled accessibility requirements of Tide 24, <br /> California Code of Regulations, a surcharge of 10% of the <br /> basic plancheck fee shall be required. <br />5911 OSHPD CERTIFICATION FEE <br />5401 <br /> Whenever plans are submitted for the construction of specialized <br /> medical clinics which require by law certification of compliance with <br /> requirements set forth by the Office of Statewide Health Planning <br /> and Development (OSHPD-3 certification), a building permit fee will <br /> be paid to the Building Official equivalent to 1% of the construction <br /> valuation. An additional plan check fee equivalent to .65% of the <br /> construction valuation will be paid to the Building Official at the time <br /> plans are submitted for plan check. This fee does not preclude other <br /> applicable fees which are normally assessed by the City, <br />5911 MICROFILM RECORDS Each Sheet 2.70 <br /> Whenever plans are submitted which are required by any law <br /> or City procedure to be maintained as a permanent record, <br /> the following fees are to be charged for the purpose of <br /> creating and maintaining permanent files. <br />5401 RESEARCH AND PROCESSING FEES <br />5402 <br />5403 Whenever the Building Official is requested to approve Each 202.50 <br />5405 alternate materials or methods of construction in accordance <br /> with the Building Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code or <br /> the Administrative Code provisions for the Electrical Code. <br /> Whenever the Building Official is requested to approve a Each 202.50 <br /> modification of code in accordance with the Building Code, <br /> Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code or the Administrative Code <br /> provisions for the Electrical Code <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2005-052 <br />Page 48 of 60 <br /> <br />43 <br />
