PUBLIC HEARING - CITY COUNCIL AND CO~gtUNITY REDEVELOPmeNT <br /> <br />AGENCY - DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT WITH LOWY DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />CORPORATION FOR C-5 SITE <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the joint public hearing on the disposition and <br />develolmlent with Lowy Developr~ent Corporation for C-5 site. The <br />site is bounded on the north by Owens Drive, on the west by the <br />Broadway Overpass, on the south by Roe Drive, and on the East by <br />Main Street. <br /> <br />The Assistant Clerk of the Council reported there were no writ- <br />ten cowmunications. <br /> <br />The Assistant Director of Redevelopment and Real Estate <br />presented the staff report and reconmendations. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 290 JULY 17, 1984 <br /> <br /> <br />
