<br />Off-street parking for Specific Development No. 72 <br /> <br />a. The minimum off-street parking requirements for <br />restaurants, cafes and other eating establishments are as <br />follows: ten (10) spaces for each one thousand (1,000) <br />square feet of gross floor area, including the open-air, <br />plaza dining area. <br /> <br />b. The minimum off - street parking requirements for retail <br />and service uses not otherwise specified in this division <br />are as follows: five (5) spaces for each one thousand <br />(1,000) square feet of gross floor area. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Parking for the residential units shall <br />rate of one and a half (1.5) spaces per <br />per unit must be located in a garage. <br />parking at a rate of ten (10) percent of <br />of parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> <br />be provided at a <br />unit.
