Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2005- <br />02. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Amendments to Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2003-37 as conditioned. <br /> <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-19 as <br />conditioned. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Request of Applicant <br /> <br />Original Mike's restaurant is requesting approval to modify an existing <br />conditional use permit, obtain a new conditional use permit and amend the <br />specific development zoning for the site. The proposed changes include an <br />extension to the hours of operation, allowing special events in the <br />parking lot, requesting a cover charge to enter the premises, increasing <br />the allowed number of musicians and allowing exterior amplified music. <br /> <br />Property Description <br /> <br />The project site is a 1.7-acre parcel of land at 100 South Main Street. <br />The parcel encompasses a city block bounded by First Street to the north, <br />Walnut Street to the south, Main Street to the east and Sycamore Street to <br />the west.
