As a result, staff recommends <br />that the Planning Commission approve Amendment to Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2003-37 as conditioned, Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-19 as <br />conditioned and Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2005-02 (Exhibits 7, 8, 9 <br />and 10) . <br /> <br />CEQA Compliance <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed proj ect is Categorically Exempt. No further environmental <br />review is needed.
