PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE~ 7- ~--oS <br /> <br />THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Q.,: pI) <br />Hs.~ <br /> <br />THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on the 20th day <br />of June, 2005, by and between Civic Collections, Inc., a California corporation <br />("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #A-2002-150, dated August 5, 2002, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Contractor has provided dog license fee collection <br />services. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and increase compensation to <br />pay for services during the extended term. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Third <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase the maximum <br />compensation to pay for services provided by Contractor during the extended <br />term. Said compensation shall not exceed $ I 00,000.00 during the period from <br />July I, 2005 through June 30, 2006. <br /> <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement to June <br />30,2006. <br /> <br />4.
