If approved by the City Council, <br />the contract will be effective September 1, 2005 through August 31, <br />2008, with a provision for a two one-year extensions by mutual <br />agreement. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The total estimated annual contract cost is $650,000 including $560,000 <br />for traffic signals and the advanced traffic signal system and $90,000 <br />for street lighting.
