She indicated she and her staff would be working very <br />closely with the County and National and State League of Cities' <br />organizations. <br /> <br />GRAFFITI REMOVAL <br /> <br />Administrative Assistant to the City Manager Javier Rivera reported <br />the City had recently becc~ne aware of some "Jobs Bill" funds for which <br />Santa Ana planned to make application for the purpose of establishing <br />a six-month pilot program for contract service graffiti re~oval.
