2. Therapeutic Counselin <br />Teen Dort cK ce Group: The group is a 10-week psycho -educational support <br />group for 6eTw"den the ages of 12-17 years old. The group will focus on developing <br />healthy relationships, domestic violence, anger management, communication skills, and <br />teen pressures. <br />I. The counselor will facilitate a weekly teen group at Century High School. <br />It. Minimum of (15) teens will attend the group. n' <br />Individual and Family Counseling: 7fJ <br />I. Counseling focuses on providing services to adults and children -cask <br />affected by domestic violence. <br />if. Bilingual Counselor will hold caseload of (8) clients. <br />Actions and Tasks: Counselor will meet on a weekly basis with the boy's group and <br />individual clients at the Corbin Family Resource Center. Schools and community <br />agency's make referrals directly to counselor. Paperwork will be completed for each <br />client, including process notes, intake forms, and pre/post assessments. Counselor will <br />meet weekly with a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to discuss clients. <br />3. Legal Assistance <br />I. Counselor participates in Santa Ana Court Domestic Violence Team. <br />it.
