COMMUNITY PRIORITY NEEDS: Public Services — Youth Services Activity / Program Outcome Tracking Goal Youth Services I. Track improvement in pre -test 1. For education -based Post-test scores. The " Leadership In Action" program and the" Empowering Future Latino Leaders" conference is where hundreds of Orange County Latino students are invited "free of charge" to learn how they can make a positive difference by making choices now and in the future. The key elements of the "Leadership in Action" program and "Empowering Future Latino Leaders" conference are leadership skills, academic achievement with higher education, civic involvement with active participation, pride of heritage and culture, the value of diversity and the camaraderie of Latino unity.
