III. EQUIPMENT, ITEM SELECTION, AND PRICING AND MARKETING Product Availability AHFS shall be responsible for servicing the vending machines regulazly to ensure ample stock of products is maintained in each machine seven ('n days a week. At the same time AHFS is responsible for notifying AHFS's service department if any vending machine, including dollaz changer and microwave oven needs repair or cleaning. This service is in addition to regularly scheduled maintenance. Installation and Removal AHFS shall be responsible for the installation and removal of all vending machines in all locations provided for under the contract. Upon notice of awazd, AHFS shall coordinate with buyer, and using department or agency, the type of vending equipment desired at each location, prior to the contract start date. AHFS shall assume all costs of installation and/or removal, including changes in equipment inventory. During the terms of the contract, any changes in equipment must be approved by the requesting departmenUagency, and acted upon ten (10) working days of a written request. AHFS shall assume all costs of installation and/or removal. If Price Agreement expires or is cancelled or terminated, AHFS will coordinate with buyer and the using depar[menUagency, removal of all of AHFS's equipment from City facilities within three (3) weeks prior to the date of expiration, or termination, of the contract, at an agreed date and time, to ensure a smooth transition, without any break in services to the City. Maintenance Complete maintenance shall include, but shall not be limited to, servicing and cleaning all vending machines. Machines shall be maintained in a sanitary and hygienic standard deemed by the City. AHFS shall provide to the City, a schedule of routine maintenance/cleaning for all AHFS -owned vending equipment located at each City site.
