<br />(f) Taking one of the following actions, within 30 calendar days of receiving <br />notice under subparagraph (d)(2), with respect to any employee who is so <br />convicted <br />1. Taking appropriate personnel action against such an employee, up to and <br />including termination, consistent with the requirements of the <br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, or <br />2. Requiring such employee to participate satisfactorily in a drug abuse <br />assistance or rehabilitation program approved for such purposes by a <br />Federal, State, or local health, law enforcement, or other appropriate <br />agency; <br /> <br />(g) Making a good faith effort to continue to maintain a drug-free workplace <br />through implementation of paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f). <br /> <br />4. Grantee agrees to comply with the financial and administration requirements set forth <br />in the current edition of the OJP Financial Guide. <br /> <br />5. Grantee acknowledges that failure to submit an acceptable Equal Employment <br />Opportunity Plan (if required to submit one pursuant to 28 C.F.R. Section 42.302), <br />that is approved by the Office for Civil Rights, is a violation of its Certified Assurances <br />and may result in suspension or termination of funding, until such time as the Grantee <br />is in compliance. <br /> <br />6. Grantee agrees to comply with the organizational audit requirements of OMB Circular <br />A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations, as further <br />described in the current edition of the OJP Financial Guide, Chapter 19. <br /> <br />7. Grantee agrees to comply with all confidentiality requirements of 42 U.S.C. section <br />3789 g and 28 C.F.R. Part 22 that are applicable to collection use and revelation of <br />data or information. <br /> <br />8. Grantee agrees to comply with the requirements of 28 C.F.R. Part 46 and all OJP <br />policies and procedures regarding the protection of human research subjects, <br />including obtainment of Institutional Review Board approval, if appropriate, and <br />subject informed consent. <br /> <br />Grantee: City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />30t3 <br /> <br />Exhibit B, Grant Agreement BDC #333-04 <br />
