<br />Reports <br /> <br />Reports are provided via fax, DPSI Courier or e-mail. Staff with a Gold or Silver level <br />Account Access Card must make requests for reports. <br /> <br />On-site inventory status <br />A listing of all containers or items in secure storage. Listing will detail container or <br />item codes, descriptions (if applicable) and return date status (if applicable). <br /> <br />Inventory history <br />A listing of all coded items in the system. The report will list both items at DPSI as <br />well as items returned to the customer's site. <br /> <br />Account Access System <br /> <br />Our Account Access system is designed to restrict access to your media and your <br />account information. Account Access Cards are used as identification for these <br />purposes. There are the three different security options available to you: <br /> <br />· Account Access Card required for all transactions <br />· Account Access Card required for special and emergency transactions only <br />· Account Access Card required for all transactions all the time <br /> <br />Should you choose either of the first two options you will be asked to designate staff <br />who will have access to stored materials. You will also be asked to designate the <br />/eve/(s) of authority for each staff member. DPSI employs three access levels with <br />distinct features... <br /> <br />Gold Access Level <br />Can Declare a Disaster <br />Can authorize additions, deletions, and modifications to access list. <br />Can arrange visits to DPSI. (Advanced notice is required) <br />Can authorize changes to account information. <br />Has the authority of Silver and Bronze levels. <br /> <br />Silver Access Level <br />Can request special and emergency deliveries. <br />Can alter delivery schedule. <br />Can add items to scheduled deliveries. <br />Has the authority of Bronze level. <br /> <br />Bronze Access Level <br />Can release or receive materials to DPS/ during scheduled deliveries only. <br /> <br />4 <br />
