quickly and easily as possible. (2) Then, you must transmit those Send Off transactions
to the web site, where they will be automatically retrieved and processed by DPSl's
VaultWare system. (3) On days when off-site media is delivered to you by DPSI, you
should access the web site in order to receive any update transactions sent by
VaultWare, so that VaultLink can update the status of the newly delivered media in your
database and keep it current. That's all it takes.

What happens on days when I'm away from the office?

It's always helpful to have someone else trained on how to run the program in the event
that you are gone from the office due to vacation, sickness, or whatever. But even if
your substitute doesn't use the program in your absence and does nothing more than
fill out the old paper transmittal form, the updates that VaultWare sends back to you in
your absence will help to keep your VaultLink media database updated. When you
come back, you simply go to the web site, receive the updates that have accumulated,
and get your VaultLink data current again. While it's always better for you to use the
program to prepare what needs to go off-site, it's comforting to know that the two-way
flow of updates can help get your data current again, even when you've been away
from the office for days.

Can the proaram be installed on more than one PC at my office?

Yes. The VaultLink program can be installed on one or more computers at your office,
and the separate media movement database can be centrally located on your LAN so
that the information can be shared and accessed by more than one person. While
certain portions of the VaultLink program are intended to be run by a single user at a
time, other portions of the program can be accessed by more than one person at a
time.

. What do I need to run VaultLink?

VaultLink is a 32-bit Microsoft Windows application. Therefore, you must have a PC
that is running a 32-bit version of Windows (i.e. Windows 95/9B/Me, Windows NT
3.51/4.0/2000, and future versions, such as XP), or any version of IBM's OS2. That PC
must also have Internet access via either a modem dial-up to an ISP or via your LAN.
That PC must also have a web browser installed, preferably MS Internet Explorer, or a
Netscape browser.

10
