Provide outreach and education to expand knowledge of homeless service providers about the services provided <br />by the Homeless Legal Outreach Program. <br />TasklAction: <br />(A) Maintain collaborative relationships between the Homeless Legal Outreach Project and community agencies <br />that provide services to homeless and at risk of being homeless individuals and families. <br />(B) Attorney and paralegal currently assigned to the project will continue their work. <br />2. Continue to provide direct access to homeless clients instead of solely working with collaborative agencies to <br />reach these clients. <br />TasklAction: <br />A) Conduct outreach workshops and clinics directly at homeless shelters to identify new clients. Educate clients on <br />legal options for legal problems. Inform clients of multiple options available in obtaining legal help from SAHOP <br />staff; through hotline, direct calls to Staff Attorney and/or Paralegal, or walk-in appointments. <br />Ex A <br />
