Maintain the referral and intake system to be used b�homeless service providers that will provide immediate <br />access to legal advocates. <br />Task/Action: <br />(A) With continued input from collaborative partners, maintain and improve the current referral system to better <br />meet the needs of the homeless population and these agencies. <br />(B) Continue to recruit Whittier, Western State and Chapman Law School interns to provide legal assistance in <br />cases that involve complex legal issues and require extensive legal research. <br />4. Increasing the Legal knowledge of case workers/advocates to identify legal issues. <br />Task/Action: <br />(A) Continue to develop and present training and education material in substantive legal areas to staff members of <br />these agencies. <br />(B) Provide ongoing information to staff members of collaborating agencies. <br />5.
