Maricich & Associates is afull-service creative and strategic marketing communications <br />agency. Our core capabilities include advertising, public relations, creative development, <br />marketing strategy, direct marketing, collateraVnewsletterproduaion, and market <br />research. Other services incude sales promotion, Web design and video production. <br />Our firm was founded in 1986, fulfilling the need for an agency with expertise in creating <br />marketing programs and communications materials to educate the public on a number of <br />health and safety issues. <br />As a result of our work, we have achieved increased public awareness for our Gients' <br />programs, and our agency has won many awards for the work we've done. Among the <br />awards we've received are mukiple Gold Quills (International Association of Business <br />Communicators), Golden Advocates (HeaRhcare Public Relations and Marketing <br />Association), Helios Awards (IABC Orange County) and many more. Maricich & <br />Associates has a staff of eight marketing professionals on its team. This includes three <br />agency principals, a public relations director, and several designers and writers. <br />Suzanne Maricich, President/CE0 <br />Named Communicator of the Year by the Orange County Chapter of the <br />International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Suzanne Maricich <br />is a recognized leader in the marketing field. After 15 years heading up marketing and <br />public relations at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and other medical centers, Suzanne <br />established her own company in 1986. Today, she serves a number of clients <br />in various industries and has received more than 175 national and regional awards for <br />her work. A graduate of Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, she <br />studied journalism at UC Berkeley and earned a masters degree wRh highest honors <br />from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. She is past president of the Healthcare <br />Public Relations and Marketing Association. <br />Mark Maricich, PrincipadStrategic Services <br />A 15-yearcommunications-industry veteran, Mark has worked on both the <br />agency and client sides. On the client side, he worked in Vail Ski Resort's <br />in-house marketing communications department, and at DIRECTV, where he <br />managed branding and marketing initiatives with telcos such as Bell Atlantic. On the <br />agency side, Mark has handled accounts such as Pacific Life, Simple Green, and <br />Fleetwood RVs while working at Guzman Michaels. He also led agency-marketing <br />initiatives as director of business development at RiechesBaird, anationally-recognized <br />business-to-business branding firm. Mark has a B.A. in communications from Cal State <br />Fullerton, is a published author, and has served on boards for local advertising and <br />technology organizations. <br />
