Our <br />compensation in this proposal will be on a not-to-exceed fee basis. This fee proposal <br />reflects the scope of work and project requirements as outlined in the request for proposal <br />for this project. Any reference of "agency" in this proposal refers to Maricich 8 Associates. <br />For the purpose of clarifying the pricing in this proposal, we have called out the projected <br />amount of agency time, which will be required by each task. <br />TASK /DELIVERABLE DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />Plan of Action 40 hours of agency time to $6,000 <br /> create the plan of action. <br />Moving Violator Skits / Casting, creative art $10,000 <br />Street Events production and rehearsal of <br /> skits using an existing script <br /> provided by the City of Santa <br /> Ana. Includes the creation of <br /> character costumes and <br /> props. (50 hours of agency <br /> time total plus theatre group <br /> and prop costs.) <br /> Agency scheduling of 20 skits $6,600 <br /> / street events, mostly with <br /> schools in Santa Ana. Two of <br /> these events will be "double- <br /> size" events intended for <br /> gaining maximum press <br /> exposure.lncludes <br /> coordination of schedule and <br /> locations with theatre group. <br /> (44 hours of agency time.) <br /> Agency management, and $9,900 <br /> logistics coordination for <br /> conducting 20 skits /street <br /> events in Santa Ana.
