For several reasons, we decided that it's best to wait until we are awarded your contract
prior to selecting the final actors who will be presenting the skits. First of all, the
procurement and casting of actors will be time-intensive and we cannot commit agency
resources to this task until we are awarded your contract. Secondly, we need to discuss
different ideas related to gaining publicity by associating with a prominent theater group.
Finally, there are a number of options for reducing skit costs that we need to strategize
with you. Our goal is for you to gain the maximum educational resuRs and publicity for
the lowest possible price-and the different options for doing this will need to be
discussed and approved by you.
Provide a schedule of work for each Consultant Service listed in Attachment D.
Maricich & Associates Project Tasks for OTS Project No. PS0530
TASK TASK ANTICIPATED
NO.
