CITY OF PLEASANT HILL EXHIBIT C -6 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />WIRELESS WAN DATA COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM <br />The final steps to full system implementation are delivery of system documentation, <br />punchlist resolution, and final acceptance. The project team and the post- acceptance <br />service team will work with Santa Ana Fire during this phase, to ensure a smooth <br />transition to the post acceptance support period. <br />1.4 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br />The work required by this SOW is divided up into the following tasks: Title, <br />Objective, Task Description, Motorola and Santa Ana Fire Responsibilities and <br />Completion Criteria, including project Deliverable(s). The scheduled dates of tasks are <br />depicted in the Project Schedule. <br />1.5 GENERAL PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The following general project responsibilities, not defined by specific tasks, include: <br />1.5.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />Motorola will designate a Project Manager who will direct Motorola's efforts and <br />serve as the primary point of contact for Santa Ana Fire. The Motorola Project <br />Manager will have significant authority to make certain decisions relative to the <br />project, on behalf of Motorola, and will have direct access to Motorola's executive <br />management for resolving problems beyond the Project Manager's immediate <br />authority. The responsibilities of the Motorola Project Manager include: <br />■ Participate with Santa Ana Fire in monthly progress review meetings and <br />submit status reports that identify the activities of the previous review period, as <br />well as activities planned for the upcoming review period, including an updated <br />Project Schedule. Maintain project communications with the Santa Ana Fire <br />Project Manager(s). <br />■ Maintain project communications with the Santa Ana Fire Project Manager(s), <br />and project team members.
