CITY OF PLEASANT HILL EXHIBIT C -6 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />WIRELESS WAN DATA COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM <br />■ Motorola has included services of a licensed state electrician to perform <br />electrical work and hardwire power connectivity of each IAP . The City must <br />inform Motorola prior to system implementation if additional qualifications are <br />necessary. <br />■ Obtain, manage and coordinate all FCC, zoning, site access, regional licensing <br />and other permits (including, but not limited to, easements, impact studies, <br />planning commission approval, variances, etc) necessary for this project and any <br />other agreements required to gain use of sites <br />■ Provide the appropriate fire inspection and building inspection certificates. <br />■ Provide adequate space, electrical, communications lines, and environmental <br />appropriations for the equipment to be installed by Motorola. <br />■ Provide a location to ship and store all communications equipment throughout <br />the duration of the project <br />■ Review and approve or revise delivered design documents within ten days of <br />submission <br />1.6 SYSTEM PERFORMANCE <br />System Performance is composed of many elements, including system coverage, <br />system traffic, and equipment performance. Motorola will be responsible for the <br />performance of all equipment as provided by Motorola under this contract. Santa Ana <br />Fire will assume responsibility for the performance of all other equipment necessary <br />for completion of this project not provided by Motorola. Motorola's responsibilities <br />for this project are further defined in the Project Schedule. Some of the system issues <br />that can impact system performance are listed below with descriptions of Motorola <br />and Santa Ana Fire responsibilities in those areas. <br />6.1 Equipment Performance <br />The project implementation requires the integration of existing Santa Ana Fire <br />equipment with equipment provided under this contract. <br />Motorola is responsible for the performance of all new Motorola provided hardware. <br />This hardware must operate functionally as described in the System Description, when <br />operating within environmental specifications.
