of Santa Ana Exhibit C -3 Statement of Work <br />1.19.4.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Coordinate the configuration of the Message Switch interface. <br />b. Test and confirm proper function of the interface. <br />c. Configure AVL- equipped vehicles on the AVL Server and in CAD for use during <br />AVL Server Administrator Training, and to facilitate testing. <br />d. Configure and test the ATM Mobile Client interface to the mobile communications <br />software. <br />e. Configure Premier MDC Clients with GPS Integration and ATM Mobile <br />Integration modules. <br />1.19.4.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />1.19.4.3 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when the described interfaces are configured and <br />Motorola certifies functionality. <br />1.19.5 Configure CAD Workstations <br />Motorola will configure the required CAD workstations in order to support the AVL <br />Server. Once the workstations are configured, CAD will be able to send and receive <br />message information to and from the AVL Server. <br />1.19.5.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Configure the required CAD workstations to support AVL Server. <br />1.19.5.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />a. Discuss configuration requirements with Motorola's AVL Server Project Manager. <br />b.
