City of Santa Ana Exhibit C -3 Statement of Work <br />1.20.2 Design Concept Review <br />The objective of this task is to clarify the AirMobile subsystem design and identify <br />any special products and their impact on system implementation. <br />1.20.2.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Schedule and participate in a meeting with Customer personnel to review the <br />requirements and specifications of the AirMobile subsystem. <br />b. Customer Responsibilities <br />c. Ensure participation of appropriate resources at the design review meeting. <br />1.20.2.2 Completion Criteria <br />This task is completed upon conclusion of the design review meeting and mutual <br />agreement of the AirMobile design. <br />1.20.3 Equipment Procurement and Staging <br />The objective of this task is to procure AirMobile subsystem equipment and perform <br />preliminary staging of subsystem equipment. <br />1.20.3.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Procure Motorola - provided equipment. <br />b. Stage equipment at staging facility. <br />c. Install AirMobile software on subsystem equipment. <br />d.
