Melanie Fallon, Planning Manager, presented the staff report and <br />reco~nendat ions. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported that all written cormnunlcations <br />received on the matter had previously been distributed to Council. <br /> <br />The following spoke in favor of the Appeal: <br /> <br />Clifford Benson, California Federal Savings <br />Jane Gerber, 13361 Edwards <br />Scott Morgan, 1521-H S. Raitt <br />Dick Bradley, 2324 French <br />Robert Politiski, 1002 N. Broadway <br /> <br />James Meehan spoke in opposition to the Appeal. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
