The Vice Mayor opened the public hearing regarding Negative <br />Declaration and Amendment Application No. 929 - 2400 Monte <br />Vista Avenue. <br /> <br />Linda Hale, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report and <br />recomnendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />Clifford Thompson, 113 East Alton Avenue, spoke in favor of <br />Amendment Application No. 929. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
