The City received an allocation of new funds ($500,000) in April 2005; amount listed represents <br />CalHome Funds from a prior grant expended during the 04-05 report period. <br />2. PROVIDED REQUESTED CERTIFICATIONS OF CONSISTENCY FOR HUD PROGRAMS IN A FAIR <br />AND IMPARTIAL MANNER: The City of Santa Ana was pleased to support several HUD <br />grant applications during the report period. The County of Orange requested that <br />the City provide a support letter for its 2004 and 2005 Continuum of Care Homeless <br />Assistance Grant applications to HUD. Additionally, during the 2004 - 2005 report <br />period the City provided Certifications of Consistency with the Consolidated Plan to <br />three agencies that applied for HUD homeless grants via the County's Super NOFA <br />application, The City also provided a Certificate of Consistency to three agencies in <br />support of their respective applications for Comprehensive Housing Counseling <br />grants. One additional certification was provided to Cal State Fullerton in support of <br />their application for Community Outreach Partnership Center funds, Finally, the City <br />provided the Santa Ana Housing Authority with a certification that its PHA plan was <br />consistent with the City's Consolidated Plan. <br /> <br />3.
