<br />Euc~id Street Zone Change/Subdivision ER 2005-138 <br /> <br />A. Does the project have the potential to degrade the <br />quality of the environment, substantially reduce the <br />habitat of a fish or wildlife species, cause a fish or <br />wildlife population to drop below self-sustaining <br />levels, threaten to eliminate a plant or animal <br />community, reduce the number or restrict the range of <br />a rare or endangered plant or animal or eliminate <br />important examples of the major periods of California <br />history or prehistory. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not <br />substantially reduce the habitat of fish or wildlife <br />species or cultural resources, in that no fish, wildlife or <br />cultural resources are known to exist on the project site. <br /> <br />B. Does the project have impacts that are individually <br />limited but cumulatively considerable? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Implementation of the proposed project would result in <br />cumulati ve impacts to the environment. However, the <br />proposed project's incremental contribution would not be <br />considered cumulatively considerable because the proposed <br />proj ect would comply with the applicable requirements of <br />the uniform building code, conditions of approval and <br />mitigation measures, which provide specific requirements <br />that would avoid any significant cumulative impacts within <br />the project area. Furthermore, the incremental impacts <br />associated with the proposed project would be at a level <br />where there would not be considered cumulatively <br />considerable. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Does the project have environmental <br />cause substantial adverse effects <br />either directly or indirectly? <br /> <br />effects which will <br />on human beings <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the development of <br />residential land uses. Construction and operation of the <br />proposed project would not involve any activities that <br />would cause substantial adverse effects on human beings, <br />either directly or indirectly.
