Councilm~mbers continued the discussion relative to the ~nergency Medical <br />Services Program, and inquired as to the cost for one amergencymedical <br />unit dedicated to transport purposes only. The Fire Chief responded that <br />such a unit would cost between $250,000 and $300,000. <br /> <br />The Fire Chief showed two videotapes, one on the activities of the Fire <br />Depar~ent and a second on the Paramedic Program. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />At 8:30 p.m., the Council recessed and reconvened at 8:35 p.m., with <br />Councilmsmbers Acosta, Johnson, McGuigan and Young present, and <br />ir~ediately recessed to Closed Session. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council announced the Council was recessing to Closed <br />Session pursuant to Government Cede Section 54956.9(A) to confer regarding <br />pending litigation which has been initiated formally and to which the City <br />is a party, to wit, Robert A. Ferrante et al. v. City of Santa Ana et al. <br /> <br />ADJOURNM~T <br /> <br />At 9:03 p.m., the Council reconvened and ir~nediately adjourned to <br />5:00 p.m., July 11, 1985 in Room 831, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> <br />No action was taken out of Closed Session. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />295 <br /> <br />JULY 8, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
