<br />. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In the unlikely event that our staff is not able to make repairs in a timely manner, <br />the equipment will be sent to the original equipment manufacturer for repair. <br /> <br />· List of equipment and tools for troubleshooting and conducting repairs <br />and tests in the field on traffic signal systems, ATMS, Signal <br />Interconnect, fiber optic cable and street light systems. <br /> <br />Our technicians have available for use some of the best troubleshooting and <br />repair tools in the industry. Due to our technician's expertise in specialty areas <br />such as the VMS-330 and the Multisonics controller series, we have <br />;ijedevelopmental tools that cannot be purchased and most importantly we have the <br />iJ'yj~?<perienced personnel to use them. Listed below are some of the tools used for <br />ffollble shooting and repair by TEAM Econolite. <br /> <br />o Tone Generator <br />o Multimeters <br />o Amp Probes <br />o TORs <br />o Loop Finders <br />o Diagnostic Chips with Loop Back Cables (Tuning Modems) <br />IS232 L()op Back (VMS) <br />o Meggers <br />O~cillosqopes <br /> <br /> <br />son in charge of repair and testing facility and his or her <br />"fications. <br /> <br />our CI (process of continuous improvement) Team Leader, Bob Robles <br />. es ownership of our testing and repair facility. Bob began his career with <br />conolite Control Products, Inc. in 1968 when he was honorably discharged from <br />the U.S. Air Force. He worked as an electronic assembler until 1969 when he <br />.. was promoted to Production Line Leadman, a position he held until 1970. Bob <br />then moved to electronic technician, and in 1979 was promoted to Test <br />Supervisor. In 1982 Bob was again promoted to the position of Manager of <br />Production Engineering where he ran the production engineering department. <br /> <br />
