This allows for text messaging in addition to the <br />'. .'. traditional voice call. Each technician has a Verizon PDAlphone/camera and <br />..'~'> e~ch technician's phone number will be available to the City staff directly. <br />::'i: . ~I h we encourage all calls for service to go through our dispatch center for <br />10 purposes, we encourage our customers to talk directly with their <br />li>~;. tec ns as well. <br /> <br />ring power outages and natural disasters, the cellular phones will be utilized <br />dusively, and all individuals within our company have these phones, and the <br />numbers will be given to the City. Dispatch hours other than "normal" working <br />,hours, will be handled by a seasoned answering service that will also dispatch <br />using the Verizon unit.
