Describe the number of technicians that will be assigned to handle the <br />monthly routine maintenance in the following areas: Traffic signal, <br />ATMS, Street lighting. At least one IMSA Level III certified technician <br />shall be provided as lead for routine monthly traffic signal maintenance. <br /> <br />TEAM Econolite Maintains three technicians in the city of Santa Ana for daily <br />Traffic Signal and ATMS operations. Additional personnel are brought into the <br />city as the need arises. Our TEAM Leader directs all activity and is the <br />responsible party for the City. We also have an IMSA Level III technician that is <br />responsible for leading the Traffic Signal Technician. <br /> <br />Day to day street lighting activity is handled by an experienced Utility crew <br />eaded up by a seasoned professional, Carl Gidney.
