<br />Part Two - Program Specific Information, Continued <br /> <br />Exercise After <br />Action Reports <br /> <br />Exercise <br />Models, <br />Simulations <br />and Games <br /> <br />Eligible <br />Management <br />and <br />Administration <br />Activities <br /> <br />After Action Reports (AAR) must be provided to the California Military <br />Department (CMD) within 45 days following the completion of each <br />exercise. The CMD is the point of contact for questions and concerns <br />regarding implementation of the HSEEP. Grant recipients may contact the <br />CMD's Major Louis Millikan at (916) 826-6399, or Chief Warrant Officer <br />Dan Shemenski at (916) 826-5152, or e-mail <br />WMDExercisesla1ca.ngb.armv.mil . <br /> <br />After Action Reports should be mailed to: <br /> <br />California Military Department <br />Attn: Major Louis Millikan <br />9800 Goethe Road Box 56 <br />Sacramento, CA 95827-3563 <br /> <br />Grant recipients that wish to expend funds on models, games, or simulations <br />must consult with "Review of Models, Simulations, and Games for Domestic <br />Preparedness Training and Exercising, Volume I," which provides an <br />overview and analysis of existing models, games and simulations. This report <br />is available at www.oip.usdoi.gov/odp/exercises/state.htm . <br /> <br />Eligible management and administration activities include: <br /> <br />. Management of the FY04 UASI grant. <br />· Implementation and administration of the Urban Area Homeland Security <br />Strategy or the Transit Security and Emergency Preparedness Plan. <br />· Acquisition of authorized office equipment. <br />Authorized office equipment includes personal computers, laptop <br />computers, printers, LCD projectors, and other equipment or software <br />which may be required to support the implementation of the urban <br />area strategy or transit agency security and emergency preparedness <br />plan. <br /> <br />Continued on next page <br /> <br />FY04 Urban Areas Security Initiative <br /> <br />Page 26 <br />
