<br />1 to the 1 essor. sublessor or 1 i censor over the term of the renta 1 agreement. <br />2 lease. or sublease: <br />3 8.3.3.3 The type and dollar value of any other <br />4 consideration to be paid to the lessor. sublessor or licensor: <br />5 8.3.3.4 The full names and addresses of all parties to <br />6 any agreement concerni ng the rea 1 property and a 1 i st i ng of 1 i ens (if any) <br />7 thereof, together with a listing by full names and addresses of all officers. <br />8 directors and stockholders of any private corporation and a similar listing of <br />9 all general and limited partners of any partnership which is a party, <br />10 8.3.4 A listing by full names of all of CONTRACTOR's officers, <br />11 directors and/or partners. members of its administrative and advisory boards, <br />12 staff and consultants, who have any family relationship by marriage or blood <br />13 with a party to any agreement concerning real property referred to in <br />14 Subparagraph 8.3.3. immediately above. or who have any present or future <br />15 financial interest in such person's business, whether the entity concerned is <br />16 a corporation or partnership, Such listing shall also include the full names <br />17 of a 11 of CONTRACTOR's offi cers. di rectors. partners and those ho 1 di ng a <br />18 financial interest. Included are members of its advisory boards. members of <br />19 its staff and consultants. who have any family relationship by marriage or <br />20 blood. to an officer. director. or stockholder of the corporation or to any <br />21 partner of the partnership. In preparing the latter listing. CONTRACTOR shall <br />22 also indicate the names of the officers, directors. stockholders. or <br />23 partner(s). as appropriate. and the family relationship which exists between <br />24 such person(s) and CONTRACTOR's representatives listed. <br />25 8.3.5 True and correct copies of all agreements with respect to <br />26 any such real property shall be appended to the affidavit described above and <br />27 made a part thereof.
