<br />1 10.3 CONTRACTOR shall furnish any and all information requested by <br />2 ADMINISTRATOR and shall permit ADMINISTRATOR access. during business hours. to <br />3 books. records and accounts in order to ascertain CONTRACTOR's compliance with <br />4 Paragraph 10 et seq. <br />5 10.4 CONTRACTOR shall comply with Executive Order 11246. entitled <br />6 "Equa 1 Employment Opportunity". as amended by Executi ve Order 11375 and as <br />7 supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). <br />8 10.5 Non-Discrimination in Employment <br />9 10.5.1 All solicitations or advertisements for employees placed <br />10 by or on behalf of CONTRACTOR shall state that all qualified applicants will <br />11 recei ve cons i derati on for employment without regard to sex. race. color. <br />12 ethnicity. national origin. ancestry. religion. age, marital status. medical <br />13 condi ti on. sexua 1 ori entati on. physi ca 1 or menta 1 di sabi 1 ity or any other <br />14 protected group in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Federal <br />15 or State law.
