<br />1 3.1.1. 7 Hospi ta 1 i ty <br />2 3.1.1.8 Protective Services <br />3 3.1.1.9 Transportation <br />4 ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sole discretion, revise the <br />5 career areas identified in this paragraph. <br />6 3.1.2 CONTRACTOR shall make every attempt to engage participants <br />7 and involve them in the development of a Community Service Plan that meets <br />8 their 32/35-hour WTW participation requirement. In formulating that plan, <br />9 CONTRACTOR shall take into account the part i ci pant's WTW Pl an. COUNTY WTW <br />10 staff will retain sole responsibility for final development and approval of <br />11 the participant's Community Service Plan. <br />12 3.2 COUNTY shall retain any and all rights to require pre-approval by <br />13 ADMINISTRATOR and/or limit any and all services provided by CONTRACTOR. <br />14 Services shall be provided in accordance with ADMINISTRATOR's policies and <br />15 procedures and other instructions provided by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />16 3.3 ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sole discretion, change the services <br />17 requi red under Subparagraph 3.1 to ensure full comp 1 i ance with all <br />18 requirements if the State of California Department of Social Services (CDSS) <br />19 requi res subsequent changes to the County of Orange Communi ty Servi ce Pl an, <br />20 changes to Community Service requi rements under the Welfare and Institutions <br />21 Code, CDSS regulations or Manual of Policies and Procedures. <br />22 4. ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />23 4.1 Welfare Fraud: <br />24 4.1.1 If welfare eligibility of support services payment fraud <br />25 is suspected of the participant, CONTRACTOR shall report the suspected fraud <br />26 to COUNTY or COUNTY's contracted CalWORKs WTW Case Manager. <br />27 4.1. 2 If servi ce provi der fraud is suspected, CONTRACTOR sha 11 <br />28 report, in writing, the suspected fraud to ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> <br />(WSH0605) <br /> <br />3 of 9 <br /> <br />(March 7. 2005) <br />
