SUI, Worker's Compensation and vacation accrual. <br /> <br />12.2 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may agree in writing to add, delete <br />or otherwise modify individual line items and/or amounts and/or the number and <br />type of FTE positions without changing COUNTY's maximum obligation under this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />13. STAFF <br />CONTRACTOR. through the WIS. shall be responsible for providing <br />competent staff to fulfi 11 the terms of thi s Agreement. Contractor shall <br />provide an adequate number of bilingual staff as needed to provide services. <br />All CONTRACTOR's staff shall be able to read, write. speak and understand <br />English. CONTRACTOR shall provide the following described staff positions: <br />13.1 Case Manager <br />13.1.1 Duties: <br /> <br />career goals. <br /> <br />13.1.1,1 Assist participants in defining and pursuing <br />Assess. advise and direct participants on job search <br /> <br />26 techni ques .
