STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Lidgard and Associates, Inc. was established in October, 1997 for the purpose of providing professional real estate appraisal services Involving various types of real property such as vacant land, single family and multiple family residential properties, improved commercial and industrial properties, as well as special purpose and special use properties including golf courses, hospitals, churches, fire stations, City Hall buildings, mobile home parks, etc. The appraisals of the different types of properties have also included, particularly in the case of right-of-way acquisitions and partial takings, the following types of easements. • Surface and subsurface nonexclusive utility easements. • Permanent (perpetual) roadway easements. • Drainage, storm drain and flood control easements. • Aerial (air rights) easements. • Construction tie back easements. • Temporary construction easements.
