STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (Continued) <br />Lidgard and Associates, Inc. is a fully staffed real estate appraisal company, <br />and does not engage in contracting for outside appraisal services with the <br />exception of specialized fixture/equipment and business valuation issues. <br />This policy insures that the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency will <br />receive the highest quality product at the most minimized expense. <br />Our service does not stop upon completion of the appraisal report. Scott A. <br />Lidgard, MAI has a practice of consulting with acquisition agents in <br />negotiations with the various property owners in order to facilitate the <br />acquisition process. Lidgard and Associates, Inc. is not designated as a <br />Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). <br />Lidgard and Associates, Inc. is in good standing with the California Secretary <br />of State and the California Department of Corporations. There is not <br />pending litigation, bankruptcy, or merger plans which would impede the <br />ability to complete the project in the manner proposed. The financial outlook <br />of Lidgard and Associates, Inc. is rated good based on a steady flow of <br />workload and a solid cash flow position. <br />Our firm carries errors and omissions insurance coverage (reference latter <br />portion of this proposal for further details regarding insurance coverage). <br />Lidgard and Associates, Inc. or any of its employees, are not under <br />disciplinary action or investigations by regulatory agencies and/or law <br />enforcement agencies. Additionally, Lidgard and Associates, Inc. will fully <br />comply with the Agency's nondiscrimination policy as described in the RFP. <br />In the event our firm is selected to provide appraisal services, we agree to <br />furnish all services and items as stipulated in the proposal request. <br />Following is a brief summary of qualifications of Scott A. Lidgard, MAI. <br />Reference a full resume of background and qualifications in the latter portion <br />of this proposal. <br />Appraisal Experience: <br />President, Lidgard and Associates, Inc., Orange, California, <br />established October 1, 1997. <br />Vice President, R. P.
