Birch Street, addressed Council, expressing con- <br />cern regarding the increase in density in her neighborhood and re- <br />questing assistance fro~ the Council with preservation, perhaps <br />through a historic overlay zone, of the neighborhood bounded by First, <br />Ross, McFadden and Main Streets. Councilmember Young requested that <br />staff meet with the neighbors in Ms. Tully's area to investigate <br />mechanisms which would assist in the preservation of the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Thcmas Ferrier, 521 South Birch Street, expressed his concerns <br />relative to the density of development permitted under the R3H Zoning <br />District. FILE 625.55 <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 1025 West Tenth Street, addressed Council inquiring as to <br />the specifics of parking control enforcsment relative to the City's <br />Street Sweeping Program. <br /> <br />LaDonnaWhiteford, President of the California Federation of Massage, <br />Inc., addressed Council requesting that the California Federation of <br />Massage be included as an acceptable school for massage technicians in <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 22-5 (E) (2).
