<br />SEPTEMBER 21, 2005 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2005-07 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this tentative parcel <br />map. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the parcel map. Failure to comply with each and <br />every condition may result in the revocation of the parcel map. <br /> <br />A. Planning Division <br /> <br />1. All proposed site improvements must conform to the Site Plan <br />Review approval of DP No. 2004-65. <br /> <br />2. The Final Parcel Map shall be recorded wi thin 90 days of the <br />approval of the final map by the City Council. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Two copies of <br />each to the <br />Di vision and <br />recordation. <br /> <br />the recorded Final Parcel Map shall be <br />Planning Division, Fire Department, <br />Public Works Agency within 10 <br /> <br />submitted <br />Building <br />days of <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall record a reciprocal easement agreement <br />with the property at 202 East Ninth Street, in a form <br />acceptabl e to the City Attorney of the City of Santa Ana, for <br />access, egress, ingress, drainage and maintenance prior to or <br />concurrent with the recordation of the final parcel map. <br /> <br />5.
